About Me
Professional HSE Supervisor with nine years multinational experience. I have
started my career from Weatherford Drilling International Pakistan, as a Rig
safety training coordinator; I remained attached with drilling as well as workover
department for one year and nine months. Then I joined KCA Deutag, Pakistan
as HSE Officer and worked there for three years and three months after that I
worked with CNPC Chuanqing Drilling Engineering Pakistan (CCDC) as HSE
officer for two years and six months, than I joined CNOOC Iraq as HSE
Supervisor in December 2018 and worked until Sept. 2019. I joined Halliburton,
Dammam and KSA as HSE coordinator via third party GET and worked until
Dec. 2020 and came back to Iraq in April 2021 with CNOOC as project resumed
in Buzurgan oil field and till now working with CNOOC.

HSE Supervisor
To perform documentation related to HSE issues on daily, weekly and monthly basis. Performed audits and inspections in the assigned area and on work site locations Establish and ensure proper function of STOP tour roster. Conduct joint STOP observation To develop and review all the procedure as per the operational requirements. To provide training on the safety management system (PTW – STOP – fall protection – confined space entry – hazardous materials – hand & finger injury – General safe work practice etc. Proficient in STOP for supervisors and using its techniques. To promote the use of STOP for employees to the personnel under his supervision. To update and maintain training matrix and send out crews for external trainings. To ensure that all the waste generated during operation is being disposed as per HSE rules and environmental regulations. To periodically review stock levels of safety equipment and prepare material requisitions as required. To conduct emergency drills (fire, H2S, blow out, oil spill, medivac, man overboard). To perform verification of gas release incidents during drilling operations. To make sure that all manual and electrically operated tools and equipment’s are guarded properly, safe to operate and PPE (personnel protective equipment) is properly maintained and checked. Monitor operation and provide advice as appropriate with regards to Standard Operating Practices (SOPs), risk assessment, job procedure and hazards identification. Coordinate, assist and assure delivery of relevant training as per requirement. Provide advice and assist in case of incident/accident Investigations. Assure the proper hazards observations. Provide proper and timely reports, as required to regional head office.

Rig Safety Training Supervisor
Directs and coordinates Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental activities Weatherford for in accordance with Weatherford Quality / Rig / HSE Management Systems.
